How it works...
Reactive8 Emergency Services provide engineers to homes and businesses across the UK on a same day booking basis, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, aiming to have an engineer to you within 2-4 hours.
If you call us: Our call handlers will collect all your details, take payment for the booking fee and book in an engineer to attend your property as soon as possible.
If you book online: Fill out this simple form, pay the booking fee online and our team will book in an engineer to attend your property as soon as possible.
Paying the Engineer: You pay the booking fee online or over the phone when you book your emergency, you will also need to pay the engineer that attends your property an hourly fee +VAT where applicable. When booking over the phone you will be told this fee, when booking online this fee will be clearly displayed before you pay the booking fee.
All online payments are handled via PayPal.
Please note: you don’t need a PayPal account to pay online, you can use your debit or credit card without having a PayPal account.
